.This is my new real wedding obsession. Not only does the fabulously styled bride have the 1920s look down to an art form she is also wearing a gray dress like me! Details about the wedding can be read on Martha Stewart Weddings.

.Oh and she changes into a second dress for the evening - a woman after my own heart!

.Dr S has been busy at car boot sales picking up these lovely pieces.

.And my lovely Auntie Mary has been hunting around Harrow charity shops were she found these pieces and another set of 6 cups, saucers, and side plates (I have not taken pictures of that yet).

Thank to all of the help, I think we now have about 50 tea cups and saucers plus quite a few tea pots, sugar bowls and milk jugs. That is great going considering we only started collecting in the Spring and the wedding is 11 months away (yep, loads of time!)

.The vintage tea seat hunt has been going quite well thanks to the help of family and friends.
Firstly, my mother and I found these little gems in various Hampstead charity shops. The gold set are rather ridiculous but I think they could look good in the context of a fully styled afternoon tea room (fingers crossed anyhow).
